Why choose extended product care?
Breakdown Cover
In the first 12 months, your product is covered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty Period. When this expires, your product will then be covered for any mechanical or electrical failure that may occur for the length of your chosen Extended Product Care plan.
Direct Email Support
If your purchase has Extended Product Care, you get access to specialist assistance for your product. One of our customer support members will help you with your inquiry. Support is available Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (AEST).
Freight & Repair Fees Covered
If you have a valid claim, we’ll cover the freight and repair fees required to send your product to our authorised repair agents and then return it to you when it’s fixed.
Transferable
Extended Product Care is transferable. That means that if you decide to sell your product while it’s still covered, you can transfer the plan over to the new owner.
